Destination Miami for the 23rd Annual 9 Mile Music Festival on Saturday 2/27/16

The 23rd Annual 9 Mile Music Festival returns to the Historic Virigina Key Beach in Miami, a favorite location for the premiere Reggae Music Festival which will take place on Saturday, 2/27. Fans can expect an exciting mixture of Reggae and conscious Hip-Hop at the day long festival which this year touts another stellar line up featuring Nas, Damian Marley, Stephen Marley, Julian Marley, Skip Marley, Capleton, Konshens, Mr. Cheeks, Protoje, Kabaka Pyramid. K. Camp, and Styleon. In addition to the legendary lineup, the Festival features a Holistic Village with yoga, massage, acupuncture and sound healing from a didgeridoo ensemble. Its Food Village will feature the flavors of Jamaica and Caribbean prepared by South Florida’s most popular food trucks and festival chefs. Reggae, Rastafari and Caribbean-themed arts, crafts and gifts will be available in the Arts & Crafts Village.

February is a great time to get away to Miami and many fans make this an annual journey to attend one of Miami’s most beloved and longest running music festivals that also greatly benefits the Miami community. Since the festival’s inception in 1993, the festival has donated over three million canned good to the Miami shelters.
