California Roots Music and Arts Festival

The  annual California Roots Music and Arts Festival, a three day festival kicks off Friday, May 27th in Monterey, California.  With over 40 bands, this year the headliners include a number of our favorite bands including:  Slightly Stoopid, Atmosphere, Damian Marley, Stephen Marley, Michael Franti, Rebelution, Pepper, Tribal Seeds, The Expendables, The Green, Tarrus Riley, Raging Fyah and much more on this impressive line-up.   And the best part is you can watch it for FREE via the livestream on http://californiarootsfestival.com

For Reggae fans in Southern Florida,  it’s a double header for Reggae & Dancehall Festivals.  On Memorial Day,  you can combine the sounds of Freddie McGregor, Luciano, Dexta Daps and Elephant man with all the best in Caribbean fare.  The 13th annual Palm Beach Jerk Fest takes place at the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach.   More info at
